The Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee of Dong Da district holds an incense offering ceremony to Emperor Quang Trung – Nguyen Hue on the occasion of the 17th Congress of the Vietnamese Fatherland Front of Dong Da district, term 2024-2029

On the morning of May 15, 2024, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee of Dong Da district held an incense offering ceremony to Emperor Quang Trung – Nguyen Hue at the Dong Da Mound relic site. Comrade Nguyen Thi Minh Hien – Member of the Standing Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee of the District was the head of the delegation; Members of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee of the District; Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee of 21 wards in the District attended the ceremony.

In a solemn and dignified atmosphere, the delegation respectfully offered flowers, fruits, incense, candles, pure offerings and plentiful platter to pay homage to the King, Emperor Quang Trung – Nguyen Hue, and the Generals – Tay Son insurgent army and people of the same time, ect who fought bravely to repel foreign invaders to protect and preserve the country’s borders and lands of Vietnam. Before the Hallowed memory of the Emperor, the delegates vowed to strive to build the great national unity bloc of the District to become stronger and stronger, truly a gathering place for the great national unity bloc. Actively participate in socio-economic development, contributing to building Dong Da District to become more and more cultured, civilized and modern.

The Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of the District for the 2024-2029 term is an important political event of the District. The Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front will take place over 2 days: from May 16 and 17, 2024 at the Hall on the 3rd floor of the District Party Committee – People’s Council – People’s Committee headquarters at No. 59-61 Hoang Cau.
